As a co-founder and board member, Daniel Grossen brings extensive experience as an entrepreneur and investor. His achievements include founding Scout24 and serving as the chairman of the board at Grossen Invest AG. Moreover, he has invested in various ventures and taken on several board memberships. In 2017, he co-founded Academic Alpha AG with Prof. Dr. Harley Krohmer and Dr. Andreas Hediger, since then advancing their vision and making strategic decisions with the board.

As a co-founder and board president, Prof. Dr. Harley Krohmer offers vast experience as the director of the Institute for Marketing and Corporate Leadership at the University of Bern. His research focuses on market orientation, branding, pricing, marketing strategy, and marketing ROI. He co-founded Academic Alpha AG in 2017 with Daniel Grossen and Dr. Andreas Hediger, now making strategic decisions and overseeing the research and expert network as Head of Research.

Since 2022, Richard Gostony has contributed his vast entrepreneurial and investment experience to Academic Alpha AG. A partner at the firm and owner of Gostony Relations & Affairs, he holds various investments and serves on selected boards. David Fankhauser, a Master’s graduate in Business Administration from the University of Bern with a focus on financial management, holds a federal diploma in financial analysis and wealth management (CIIA). With practical experience in consulting, advisory, and portfolio management, he has contributed to the development, optimization, and management of innovative investment concepts since 2018 as a Senior Investment Consultant.

Leo Pitscheneder, who completed his Bachelor’s in Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt and specialized in Finance during his Master’s at the University of Liechtenstein. He passed Level I of the CFA Program. With further training in financial data analysis and programming, he has contributed as an Investment Consultant to the development, optimization, and management of innovative investment concepts since 2023.

Oliver Heimann has extensive practical experience in the field of international wealth management, having worked in Dubai and Geneva. Currently, he is completing his Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Bern.
